Casual Rehabilitation Coach - Rehab Hastings
Bupa are looking for Casual Rehab Coach to work with clients recovering from Brain Injury in a 24/7 residential care service in our Bupa Rehab facility in Hastings.
You have a caring attitude, are big-hearted and enjoy being part of a team. You will be committed to making a difference while assisting our clients with personal care and supporting/ assisting clients in their day to day life. You will also be working under the instructions of the Occupational Therapist and Registered Nurse to support clients to progress according to their rehabilitation plans towards their own goals and toward independence. You will have a mature attitude, take pride in a job well done, be reliable, honest, friendly with the ability to work unsupervised. Having previous experience within a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
This is a casual role offering flexible hours per week, providing an opportunity to work in an incredibly rewarding environment, with our wonderful residents. In return for your dedication we will support you with on-going training to assist your development both professionally and personally.

What Bupa is looking for?
- A full driver’s licence is essential – Preferred
- Enthusiasm, care and passion for making a difference to residents
- Ideally, you’ll have an NZQA (or equivalent) qualification in Health and Wellbeing but this is not mandatory. Comprehensive training will be provided
- The ability to work rostered and rotating shift (including weekends)
- Reliable transport or travel arrangements
