We have a fixed term contract opportunity (until at least June 2022) to support our People Leaders, provide on-site support and guidance across all facets of HR.
Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll be an experienced, driven, practitioner with strong EQ. You’ll have great experience in successfully navigating complex ER matters with great skills in coaching managers in this space. You’ll have the drive to implement HR strategies, initiatives and frameworks; support our People Leaders with cyclical HR processes across the employee life-cycle, including performance reviews and remuneration reviews; provide advice and guidance to people leaders in relation to performance management and, get involved in the implementation of people projects. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in the wider people team, contributing to our positive, high performing and fun culture.
