We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our Rahiri Care Home.  We are well known for our family friendly environment where our residents experiences all the comforts of home with the benefits of companionship. Rahiri offers a full suite of care including Rest Home, Hospital and Dementia, so bring your diverse experience with you or up skill from our supportive team. This is a full time position, with a minimum guaranteed 32 hours per week. You’ll join our team of enthusiastic and dedicated health professionals and will be supported by an experienced and proactive Manager. Our goal is consistently provide high quality, person-centered care and support (with a smile) to our residents and to each other.

  • A current annual practising certificate (APC)
  • Enthusiasm, care and passion for making a difference to residents
  • Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills
  • An ability to maintain high quality care documentation and implement new systems and processes.
  • Has a natural love for leading a team and supporting and mentoring others
