The Role:

  • Provide clinical care for residents in a modern, sunny 60-bed rest home and hospital level care home 
  • Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care 
  • Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain quality paperwork
  • Promote minimisation of risk and contribute to Continuous Quality Improvement 
  • InterRAI trained nurses ideal
  • Rotating roster schedule - rotating shifts every 2 weeks with 4 days on and 2 days off

This is a permanent, full time role with minimum guaranteed hours of 32 hours/week on rotating rosters. Learn from your experienced managers and be proud of the world-renowned organisation that recognises and values your contribution to the aged care sector. 

About You:

  • Registered Nurse with current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration
  • Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience
  • Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
  • Empathetic and passionate nurse who strives to make an impact in residents’ lives
